MARS is a Recreational League that intends to balance the needs and wants of the wide range of players that fit within the “Recreational” definition. Children elect to try and then pursue soccer for many reasons. Those “Reasons” are what truly separate “recreational” players from “competitive” players, not their skill level or athleticism. |
